Effective immediately, botBrains is eliminating the "SSO tax" by making Single Sign-On (SSO) available across all subscription plans at no additional cost.

We believe enterprise-grade security shouldn't come with double the cost. We want to be the AI chatbot solution for European businesses, enabling businesses to follow security best practices at any tier is essential. We're advocating for secure and efficient delivery of exceptional customer experiences by organizations of any scale. GDPR compliant and secure by design.

Why we're making this change

Historically, Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities were exclusive to our Enterprise plan. This inadvertently created a barrier for organizations seeking to follow security best practices without upgrading to our highest-tier plan.

We've recognized that this approach contradicts our mission to democratize access to secure AI solutions. Security shouldn't be a premium feature—it's a fundamental right for all our customers and ultimately guards the end-users privacy.
